Information reaching us has it that WAEC withheld about 48,855 results of candidates who wrote the May/June exams.

According to the Council, some of the students were caught with foreign materials like phones, smartwatches, etc while the examinations were going on.

We all know that WAEC frowns on examination malpractice. As a result, they have taken appropriate measure by withholding the results.

This should be a lesson to the aspiring candidates who will be taking the WAEC 2019 GCE and all other WAEC exams. Don’t go into the exam hall with a phone or any material not accepted by the board.
