The Abia State University (ABSU) has released the admission list of the 2018/2019 session. In this article, I will show you how to check yours online. Please, endeavour to read this article till the end.

Following the recent release of the ABSU 2018/2019 Post-UTME results, the university has compiled and released the list of those who made the merit admission list.

Candidates can check their names on the University portal or by logging in to the JAMB CAPS portal and checking their admission status.

Here is a brief guide to checking ABSU 2018/2019 admission status:

Please note that as of the time of writing this article, ABSU admission list has not been released but this page will be updated once it is out. The admission list is usually in PDF format. When they release it, I will provide you with the download link.

Below is a step-by-step guide to checking the ABSU 2018 /2019 admission lists

  • First, log in to the Jamb portal
  • Locate and click on the CAPS link
  • From there accept or reject the admission if you were offered provisional admission
  • If your admission status shows not yet admitted, keep checking it from time to time.

If you were offered provisional admission and you have accepted it on the Jamb’s CAPS site, then proceed with the acceptance and registration processes.

Now, you may be wondering the next step you are to take since you have seen your name in the admission list. Here are the prerequisite things to do after you have been offered admission.

The first thing is paying the acceptance fees and providing all the documents needed for clearance. Other things such as paying hostel fees, buying provisions, getting some writing materials are also necessary.
