Call waiting is an important feature you can enable to help your caller know that you are not available at the time the person is calling and it gives the person hope that you will pick it once you are done.

Instead of presenting your caller with the boring number busy, it is better to use Call Waiting when you are answering another call. So here, I will show you how you to activate call waiting on your phone.

To activate call waiting on your phone, simply dial *43#. There is no other tweaking you need, once you dial the number when somebody calls you it will display call waiting instead of number busy.
