How to Live a Healthy Life (Expert Advice)

Heath they say is wealth. Come to think of it, a person who is ill could be lying down on the bed in his or her bedroom while millions of people are out there making good money, enjoying themselves, discovering new advancements in technology, business etc. But it was not destined for man to be sick, man was meant to be a healthy, strong, agile and very efficient being.
Though some sicknesses are unavoidable, arguably most occurring sicknesses like malaria, typhoid, diabetes, hepatitis, stroke, arthritis, eye disability like glaucoma etc can be averted if proper health checkups are carried out within a period of time in ones lifetime. Like l stated earlier man was never destined to be sick rather he is capable of falling sick which makes him vulnerable to ailments, diseases and infections. We live in a social world where we come in contact with billions of dangerous micro-organisms daily. These organisms invisible to the eye are solely responsible for almost all the sicknesses known to man except those sicknesses that are hereditary.
Man can contact diseases through air, using unsterilized c******l equipments like needles, blades. Other ways are through toilets, coming in contact with the semen or blood of an infected person. But thanks to technological advancements and breakthroughs in scientific and medical professions which makes it easy to detect any type of sickness.
Through diagnosis or medical tests, a sickness can be detected even without the victim noticing or having feelings of signs and symptoms. The patient is then assigned to take a couple of d***s which will be prescribed by the doctor; it is good to note that the d***s should be adequately taken as prescribed by the doctor instead of self medication. The danger in self medication is that it will escalate or worsen the condition of the patient instead of healing them.
