An object that we always glance through before leaving the house, either we are going to work or an occasion is the mirror, different persons have their diverse reasons for using the object, it can be to check for any error in their dressing, the hair style or makeup, but for whatever reason, its all boils down to correction.
In other for us to achieve great success in life, it is expedient for us to go through the mirror process of trying to correct whatever weakness that we have, this will enable us to correct it and focus more on our strength, but if we walk around ignorantly of the fact that we have some defects, that will not be an excuse for failure.
We have seen situations, whereby a leader fails and try to blame it on the fact that there is no information. This is because such a leader hasn’t taken time out to go through the mirror process to check for any defects. And this can be done by listing his area of weakness and also the area of his strength. If the weakness is greater than the strength, he should focus on the strength to see how he can improve more on it. By so doing the percentage of weakness will be reduced.
The area of his weakness should be managed by persons who are good in such area, by so doing, the person is complimenting him on his weakness why he focuses on his strength. The great result will be achieved in whatever he does because he is able to manage his weakness. Based on the knowledge of his weakness.
