“My Boss Isn’t Nice To Me, What Should I Do?”
|“My Boss Isn’t Nice To Me, What Should I Do?” by hamzayoungprof: 11:27 pm On August 8, 2018|
I am a Computer Scientist and a lecturer in one of a Renounce Vocational Institute around somewhere in Nigerian!, I’ve worked with my Boss for about Nine years and some months! I stood by them during the rough time, I’ve been owed severally, but with my kind mind, I still choose to work for the organization despite the peanut I earn monthly which might not even come when needed!
On the 25th of June, 2018 there was a massive turn around in this organization which yielded and still yielding tons of income(mega millions) to the organization! Things are well balance now! The current growth of this organization is indeed mouthwatering!
Up-to this day, the 05/08/2018 my employer still owe me for six months, I started displaying lackadaisical attitude to the organization, my boss called me for a severe query, after which, I was asked to resign if I am done working, that the organization will still sail with or without my input.
In their statement, ” We’re willing to pay you off, if you’re done with us”
Obviously I was wounded in my heart, even as I type this!
Please Nipers, I want to know if what the
organization did is the best for them?
Should I quickly resign and look for a better place despite being owe for 6Months?
I sincerely still want to work with them,
I am not ready to pathways with them bcos of the little money I get from them beside my basic Salary!
Please what should I do?
God bless you for your sincere response!
