My WAEC Results Are All Withheld – See What to Do by : 8:06 am On July 31, 2019

WAEC recently announced that about 48,855 results of its May/June candidates are not yet out because of examination malpractice.

If your result is withheld, you will not be able to check your results. When you enter your pin to check it, all you will get is a bold black remark of Withheld.

WAEC may withhold all or some of your results. Withheld results hardly ever come out. However, I have seen some cases where WAEC released the withheld result of some candidates after a while. This usually happens when they found out that such results were wrongly labeled malpractice. Which means they must have proven the candidates not guilty of examination malpractice. Having said that, if you didn’t engage in any illegal activities during the examination, there is a great chance that your results will be released.

But if you engaged in irregular activities during the examination and maybe you were caught, you should forget about the results and plan how you will rewrite another one.
