The southeast Governors have restricted the movement of Fulani herdsmen in the region.  Fulani herdsmen are no longer allowed to parade with cutlasses and AK47 in the southeast regions. Recall that a Catholic Reverend Father was reported to have been killed by armed Fulani Herdsmen.
