WHAT IS BALANCED DIET?
Balanced diet is a type of diet that gives your body the nutrients it needs to function properly and it is also that which contains the necessary body nutrient in the right proportion for growth. A Balanced diet must contain some or all the basic nutients(i.e the classes of food) such as carbohydrate,protein,fats and oil,mineral salts,vegetables and water.
WHY DO WE NEED BALANCED DIET?
Balanced diet is important because your body organs and tissues need healthy and proper nutrition to function properly. Without balanced diet your body is more prone to diseases,infections,fatigue,and generally poor performance. People with a poor diet run the risk of growth and developmental problems.
WHAT IS A CALORIE?
A Carlorie is a unit used for th measurement of the amount of energy stored in a particular food. the uses c******s from food to perform basic activities like walking,breathing and others.A person specific daily calorie intake may vary depending on the age,gender and physical activity level of the person.
HOW TO GET A BALANCED DIET?
The major part of a balanced diet are foods that are low in unnecessary fats and sugars and hign in vitamins,minerals and other nutrients. the following class of food are essential parts of a balanced diet.
