Top 4 Reasons Students Get Poor Scores in Term Paper Writing
|Top 4 Reasons Students Get Poor Scores in Term Paper Writing by George: 7:36 pm On July 30, 2019|
A term paper is a long essay written by an undergraduate on a given topic whose information is usually gotten from the works already done by other people in that field.
The student is advised to research deeply on a topic using both online and offline materials and to make references to each book or online source consulted in the course of the research. It usually carries a lot of marks. However, research has shown that most undergraduates perform poorly in it. As a result, we will discuss 5 reasons why students perform poorly in term paper writing.
1. Paying People who work in Cyber cafés to write a term paper for you:
Some of those people you see in Cyber cafés today are secondary school dropouts. When you give them your term paper topic to do for you, they will help you by reprinting another person’s work.
2. Online Copycats:
Some think that they are the only people who know the way to Google. You enter Google, search for the term paper topic and before you could say “Jack Robinson”, an already made term paper appeared to you. You think nobody else will ever search the same term, you don’t know your brothers in the business are uncountable.
3. Article Spinners:
Some people think that they are wiser than their ancestors. You spin a textbook or online materials; you copy the introduction from material A, then conclusion from material B, you think the lecturer is so blind that he will not understand.
4. Term Paper Fakers:
Yes, they told us that lecturers don’t have time to read our nonsense jargon called term paper. You see this as an ample opportunity for you to succeed. You go and tell the Cyberman to do only a cover page for you, then you use it and cover an unrelated material, you submit it thinking the lecturer is so ignorant that he/she will not find out.
5. Asking a friend:
Asking a friend to help explain how a term paper is done is not a bad idea. However, leaving the whole work for your friend who probably is a student is not advisable. First, the work was given to you so that you too will learn on the process of writing it. However, if you leave it for your friend, you have excluded yourself from the objectives of the term paper. Secondly, your friend may not have enough time to do your work carefully because he/she may have other things to do.
Finally, these are the top 5 reasons why some students don’t perform well in term paper writing.Tags: Articles ,Featured
