The phone was officially launched and unveiled in Philippines and it goes for PHP 13,999 in the country, which is around $263 outside the country. And it is available in Starry Black and Aurora Red gradient colors.

Between the both phones, Vivo Y95 and V93, you will notice that the same screen display, 6.2-inch HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and the same screen resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. There is the smaller and thinner bezels surrounding the display.

The both phones run on the same Android 8.1 Oreo based on FunTouch OS 4.5, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and it can be expandable up to 128GB via micro SD card slot. And also powered by mid-range processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 clocked at 1.95 GHz Octa-core.

You will still find those gradient dazzling colors at the back of the device, but one of the difference is the availability of fingerprint sensor scanner on the Vivo Y95, which was purely lacking on the Vivo Y93 Smartphone.

Vivo also included the same cameras at the back, dual-camera setup with 13MP main shooter and a 2MP secondary one for depth sensing but they increased the selfie camera from 8-megapixels to 20-megapixels with AI-enhanced features including a Night Mode.

The selfie camera also doubles as face unlock, which is available on the Y93. Vivo is providing the same 4030mAh battery capacity, which can possibly last for two days on a single charge and a few hours on heavy usage.
