Award-winning singer and superstar – Burna Boy dashed out a hit single in his album “Outside, ” which was released on August 6, 2018. Phantom, a Nigerian produced the beat.

The song was known for its Melo and cool tone, and even It peaked at number 26 and 31 on Billboard ‘s Mainstream R&B/H*p-Hop and R&B/H*p-Hop Airplay charts, respectively.

” Ye” song won a lot of awards like the Song of the Year, Listener’s Choice and Sound City MVP Awards Festival in 2019.

In the 2019 headies awards, the song was nominated for Best Pop Single and Best Recording of the Year at The Headies 2019.

” Ye” enjoyed more than 11 millions streams in the space of seven months in the US.

“Ye” got that much hype due to the same name Kanye West gave his album and fans accidentally stumbled on Burna “Ye”. On twitter, Burna Boy sent a thank you note to Kanye West for the confusion that helped his song skyrocketed.
