Good afternoon, here is my unified response:
First of all, I am unable to reply to every single message individually, but this does not mean I agree with all the opinions or views expressed. If anyone wishes to resign, please contact me to request a resignation application form.
Regarding the recent questions:
1. Will there be a requirement to upgrade to the next level after the current upgrade?
2. How long can new employees perform tasks after joining?

Here are my answers:
This adjustment marks the first time Cheersway has strictly required employees and team leaders to upgrade their levels or develop their teams since 2024. For those who joined Cheersway in January 2024, it should be clear that no such reforms were implemented before. The purpose of this adjustment is to ensure the company’s sustainable development and improve the overall quality of the teams. Whether future reforms will occur depends on Cheersway’s development and the collective attitude of its employees. The next adjustment, if any, might take place by the end of 2025 or early 2026.

Why is this adjustment being implemented?
It is to ensure that every employee, especially team leaders, fulfills their responsibilities. A team leader may manage 5 to 500 members or even more. However, among these members, how many are actively participating in team-building activities? How many contribute to each recruitment campaign?

If Cheersway were truly planning to shut down, do you think your withdrawal requests would still be approved? If that were the case, why wouldn’t we enforce a rule requiring everyone to invite 3-4 people before unlocking their accounts?

Cheersway’s goal has never been about taking employees’ funds but about fostering an attitude of commitment to the company’s growth. This attitude is reflected in employees’ understanding and execution of policies and their active contributions to team development
