How to Check JAMB 2019 Result Using 55020

Jamb has made it very easy for candidates to check their results by employing the USSD code method. What you will need to check your result are the phone number you used when you registered for JAMB and 50 naira credit in the SIM. If you have the aforementioned, then you are good to go. Follow the steps below to check your JAMB result.

• Find the Phone Number you used when you registered for JAMB
• Insert it into your phone
• Recharge it with a minimum of N50
• Open your message and click on Create New
• Under the place where you should put receiver’s number, put 55020 or 55019
• In the body of the message, type RESULT and click send .

They will send you a message like this: ‘Your message has been received and is being processed. You will receive a response shortly. This service costs #50‘

This message will be followed up with another message which will contain your JAMB scores.

If your result has not been released, you will receive a message like this; ‘Dear …, your 2019 UTME result is not released yet‘ In this case, you should exercise some patience and pray for the release of the result.
