The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of candidates that participated in its 2019 June/July examination. The acting NECO registrar, Mr. Abubakar Gana, made this known at the council’s headquarters in Mina, Niger State. According to his report, 71 percent of the candidates obtained credits in English and Mathematics. He also noted that the 2019 NECO results are better than the that of last year results. He said that there is a 0.1 percent increase in the number of candidates that obtained credits in English and Mathematics when compared to the last year result.
