After the division, the daughter cells go into short Interphase because of going into the second meiotic division. The purpose of the second meiotic division is to seperate the chromatid from each other.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEB MITOSIS AND MEIOSIS.
1. Mitosis occurs during growth of body cells while meiosis occurs during gamete formation.
2. Diploid number of chromosome in mitosis are produced while haploid number of chromosome in meiosis are produced.
3. Two cell are produced at the end of mitosis while 4 cells are produced at the end of meiosis
4.Chromatid don’t exchange materials in mitosis but in meiosis chromatid may exchange materials.

COURTSHIP IN ANIMALS.

In many vertebrates, mating is dependent on courtship. Courtship may be defined as the reproductive communication between males and females of a species that ends in s****l union. This communication uses a variety of signals. Of these, visual, auditory and smell signals are particularly important. Generally, the males have a more striking appearance than the females.
Courtship behavior is unique to a species. In many animals, especially birds, it is elaborate, involving a series of fixed patterns of movements or displays between mating partners. Each of these movement is a response to some action of the partner and triggers, in turn, a preprogrammed movement pattern by the partner. The partners must respond correctly to each others displays if the performance is to end in mating. This is because a wrong response indicates an incompatible mate. An unreceptive individual will simply not respond when approached by a potential mate, who after sometime would turn to some other individual.
